Paraeducators and specialized instructors work alongside teachers to provide individualized education to students needing additional support.
Early childhood educators and caretakers implement best practices to increase learning opportunities for pre-k children
Parents utilize the resource center consistently and regularly to gain financial literacy and be better prepared to support their children while in school.
Children have a stable environment at home- all basic necessity is met.

Activity2. Enroll and train early childhood educators and caretakes in Quality Matter training program.
Activity1.Creating a campaign for Quality Matters to begin to identify, engage, and collaborate with the differing ECE programs in Salinas to join collective initiative.
Goal 1. Schools & teachers are open to the idea and are collaborating with paraeducators for individualized student support

Activity 1. Articulation meetings will take place between teachers and paraeducators periodically to share best teaching practices and development level expectations.
Activity 2: Alisal Union administrative officials develop framework for deployment of paraeducators in classrooms and train teachers and paraeducators on implementing framework.

Activity 1: Identification of similarly aligned services & programs by AFRC & creating a partnership as part of an Active Referral Network
Activity 2: Alisal Family Resource Center conduct needs assessment and allocates new funding to develop new services or ramp up existing services
Activity3.Creating an awareness campaign so that Alisal Union teachers are aware of the variety of services provided at AFRC.*
