Axis Pay UPI (Unified Payment Interface) user research. Benchmarking against Phonepay and BHIM (Bharat Interface for Money app developed by NPCI National Payment Council of India. So we figured out that mental model of people why they are not using the Axis Pay App, or any UPI APP why there is no awareness. P2P payment person to person (phone to phone) . So what should be the interface like? What should be the interface like so that user understand. Explanation on first six screens or offers should be there so that they start using that.

Call to action buttons were placed psychologically that assistive (chatbots, calculators,CTA like let us contact you(lead generation), like Hi-oscar, rentomojo user experience can be given. No need to go to agent. DHFL website redesign was the project. (final product is PSD photoshop document) . Assistive means make it simple, helping user to complete the task.

Wearable Integration (gamification experience we are trying to create). Point of buying are two, 1 is before buying and then 2 when he is looking for claims. Between these two times there is no communication b/w client and company. We try to give him the confidence to client, at mid also company is integrating with client. Wearable app integrated with fitbit (company getting involved with client) download apollo app and make yourself fit and if you take this much steps then next time premium you will get waiver. it is win win situation for both, if the person is fit claim will be less for that user. At the same time user is also happy as premium is reduced, client is happy with the brand for my own benefit. Even if not fitbit carry your phone also that will be recorded in the phone.
