Just be nice, with quiet confidence. Remember, when people are mean, it's about them more than about you. The more nice people in the world, the better for everyone. Be one more nice person. The mean ones will matter less. #

Can you take a nap? Studies show that even a 20 minute break with your eyes closed can help a person feel more energized. #

Sounds like you just need some time to quiet your mind and heal. Take a day off if you can. Get some "me time." It will help you figure it out. #
