Human Behavior
Hate/ Racism
To make rude opinions about a person because of how they look, their race, or their ethnicity.
Charles Manson was a racist, because he wanted to start race wars, by having the girls and Tex write "death to pigs" and black panther symbols on the walls of the victims homes and he thought it would lead to white men getting angry and thinking black men committed the crimes, that they would want revenge and start killing off the black men and he thought the whites would win because they were smarter
To hate is to not like someone for no reason, or they can have a reason such as the person stole their shoes, so they hate that person now.
-
Stereotyping
It is saying something about someone or a group of people without even knowing them, a preconceived notion.
-
The police officer in the movie "Crash" stereotyped the black couple and pulled his gun on them because he thought they were going to try to get away or shoot him, because they were black.
-
Obedience
Obedience is compliance with an order, request, or law or submission to another's authority.
Blind Obedience
Blind Obedience is is essentially doing something because you are told, you adhere to the rules because they are the rules.

Jonestown
Jonestown was an establishment in Guyana, South America led by Jim Jones. Jones convinced over 900 people to commit suicide with him by telling them that they would be reunited with their families in a better place.
-

-

-
Fear
The emotion caused by being afraid of someone or something that can cause harm to some one, or something that is scary to someone.
-
The lady from the movie "Crash" named Jean feared that the Mexican locksmith at her house, installing the lock would sell the key to his "gang banger" friends because he had tattoos and was Mexican so she stereotyped him and thought he was probably in a gang, when in reality he was a sweet man who cared for his wife and child.
Identity
-
Charles Manson's followers, identified as his followers, because they liked what he was doing and they worshipped him in a sense, which is really bizarre and screwed up.
Discrimination
Discrimination is the unjust or prejudicial treatment of different categories of people based on the grounds of race, age, or sex.
In the early 1800's and even before than, people were taken from Africa and were used as slaves to people in America, because they were discriminated against and not treated the same because they were black. This also occurs in the 1900's when blacks and whites are segregated and have to attend different schools, ride different buses, sit in different sections of a restaurant just because of the color of their skin.
