Bob is 50+ and leaves the trade industry. Children are in their 20s, may have grandchildren. Could still be paying off some house-morgage. Has done 3 years at TAFE. Bob was most likely in a leadership position, but could also still be working with tools. Bob needs to have an income, as he has not yet worked up a high enough superannuation. However, Bob is too old to start working again.
