- - - - Additional stories through the year to add information into qlikview to help the team create a detailed picture of the clients and the level of analysis :fire:

        Decision to be made about business cleanup and DB design :fire:
      - Qlikview is the main point of access for the teams with their own dasboards that is setup :fire:
  - - - All new starters - BDM and BDC received qlikview training. Answering basic questions and problem solving.
        Few standard reports can be developed to make the use of qlikview less. (project 2018)
        Automating reports to be sent will be more beneficial than QV access :fire:
      - Broker book report : Current work around is working. Every region and person custom makes it for their region.
        Qlikview not the place for the report - it is not supporitng company standards for printing etc. :fire:
      - IFA admin : IFA static report, combined a few requests such as the birthday lists and regional extracts with static data - and added the fields group IFAs with same ID and surname.

      - BA support : reports developed by Clarissa that has no home :fire:
