• Metastatic cancer, lymphoma, leukemia

• Megaloblastic anemia
Increased Destruction of Neutrophils
• Hypersplenism
• Medication induced*
• Immunologic disorders (e.g., systemic lupus erythematosus)
• Viral disease (e.g., infectious hepatitis, mononucleosis)
• Bacterial infections
