Arrange a meeting with classroom teacher,

1) Identify specific goals to include in LEARNING PLAN
2) Decide how the plan will be implemented / by whom
Allow 4-6 weeks to implement the LEARNING PLAN, collection of data should be ongoing ready for next meeting. : :
