Ethical responsibilities a coach should be aware of
Physical & verbal harassment & abuse
Hitting someone is abuse
Verbal abuse is using words with the intent to make someone feel bad or put them down
Ignore abuse and focus on the task at hand
Inappropriate relationships
Include being in a relationship with a participant
It's unethical to date participants
This distracts the participant from the task at hand
Cheating
Include doping, gambling and point shaving
Making sure all participants know fair play
Participant and coaches caught can be kicked from the sport
Maintaining professional standards of behaviour
Coaches are role models and should stay professional
Always act in a respectful manner
Being open and honest to participants
Inclusive practices
Implementing non discriminatory practices
No one should be excluded in the sport
It's the coaches responsibility to make sure no one is excluded
Reporting ethical breaches
Report ethical breaches if any are observed
It's up to the coach to decide what crosses the line
The reporting all depends on the severity of the situation

These can be used to win
Doping is a drug that improves the players performance
These are not allowed in the game and coaches must not allow them
