Judicial Review: its a review by the US Supreme Court on the constitutional validity of a legislative act

Supremacy Clause: is that all laws made furthering the Constitution and all treaties made under the authority of the United States are the “supreme law of the land.”

1st Amendment: United States Constitution guaranteeing the rights of free expression and action that is legal. These rights include freedom of assembly, freedom of the press, freedom of religion, and freedom of speech.

4th Amendment: the right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures

5th Amendment: the U.S. Constitution provides that No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury

6th Amendment: guarantees a citizen a speedy trial, a fair jury
