Learning Goal 3- Student is able to meet schools listening and speaking standards
Students can take notes about important things they saw in readings so that they can actively be participating in classroom discussions.
Student can speak using complete thoughts. This can be practiced through voice recording on their iPads
Learning Goal 1- Student is able to meet schools writing standards
The student can properly revise their writing and look for capitalization, punctuation, and spelling errors by using grammar tutoring apps that they can access through their iPads
Student can effectively organize a piece of writing using different apple programs that help aide in writing organization
The student can write an informational piece concerning a specific topic through writing apps on their iPad
Learning Goals 2- Student is able to meet schools reading standards
Student can identify the main ideas or themes from something they read off of their iPads. They can use the highlight option to mark important things that they are reading
Student can identify literary elements in a story (ex: characters, settings, events) using certain apps available to students in the app store
The student can identify vocabulary words from context clues and patterns within the text that they have read off of an iPad

- Voice Recording
Students can record themselves on their Ipad reading at home or in the hallway, because reading aloud can help them comprehend what they are reading.
Learning Activity 3-
Educational Videos
Students can watch educational videos on their Ipads.
Videos can be accessed through websites and applications like Khan Academy.
Learning Activity 1
- Spelling Games/ Quizzes
Students will be allowed time to practice spelling on assigned applications. They can either spend their time doing quizzes or educational games such as Word Connect.
Learning Assessments
Book Reports
Students can access written forums by the teachers on various apps like google docs or schoology, and answer the questions about their books. Depending on grade level, they can write out book reports on their own in the notes application.
Ungraded Quiz or Learning Check
Students will be assigned quizzes on the app to help the teacher know if the student understands what has been taught.
The application Kahoot is a good for assessing the students learning and also taking the quiz provided after watching a brain pop video.
Projects
At home video projects and presentations
Students can record themselves doing presentations or download the google slide application, or the prezi application.
