is fundamental for globalization
the individual self allows the employee to be part of and not part of many Groups, in constant change
only partial and temporary inclusion

Technology
accelerates changes transforming realiteis
e.g. 24-hour Banking, plastic cash, mobility, Marketing(TV, Radio, paper etc.)
stock market: decisions made by a machine in milliseconds enhancing Profit, --> AI
the faster the Change and the Transformation of reality the bigger the profit
