Fashion
Back in the 1990s when people thought of the fashion trends Adidas shoes, knee socks. and crop tops came to mind. Today all of these trends are still circulating around. The only difference is that the other articles of clothing's that go along with these products have been advanced to go along with the current trends.
Popular Toys
Today when you think of toys you probably think of little kids playing with and Ipad, but in the 90s the kids really didn't have much technology they had dolls and stuffed animals.
Food
In the 90s the food people ate was pretty similar to what we eat today, for example lunchables were a very popular lunch food and today that is still a vary popular thing.
Inventions
Technology has really affected the way that we live. In the 90s the two most popular inventions were technology. The modern flip phone and gaming systems.
Cars
Cars in the 90s were nothing compared to the popular cars around now. The cars in the 90s were not as advanced as our cars now. For example they didn't have the built in GPS or even Heated seats. The paint on the cars was also less glossy.
Music
When you think of the 90s and music you probably think of Brittney Spears and NSYNC. They were both very popular artist in the 90s. While there music was up beat and catchy both NSYNC and Brittney stopped making music. NCYNCs break up in 2002 and said that they would get back together but they never did. Brittney on the other hand, had a break down and went to rehab but since she's been out had made new music.
Entertainment
The movies made in the 90s are still popular today. But when you watch them you can often see the many differences in society. For example in clueless you can see the different fashion that the teens wore and you could also see the differences in the phones that they used. In the movie they had a cell phone, but it defiantly wasn't as modern as ours is now.
famous personality's
The people we look up to back in the 1990s are still around today. Friends and Greys Anatomy are making people crazy no a days. These celebrities have no changed. New celebrities have been discovered but the older ones are still making it big like they did back in the day.
House hold Stuff
By looking at these products you probably are thinking how do people even get around with their daily tasks on such out of date products. Today all of these products have at least 10 new models that have different features adding on the making the older versions disappear.

As you can see by the pictures, the products that companies are selling were completely different from those back in the 1990s. Back then everything was vibrant and showed up mainly in magazines but today almost everything is digital and up to date.
Packaging
In the 90s packaging was a bit different In the 90s a goal with packaging was to be as bright as possible and to stand out when your walking threw a store. Today in 2017 we still use packaging that stands out we just don't use as bright of colors we just use the more appealing colors to draw attention to the products.
Logos
The logos back in the 1990s have changed completely from what they are today. They express the themes of the what was popular back then. Not only are all of them super colorful they also have the look of cartoons creating a younger generation vibe.
Technology
Technology is defiantly one of the most known products for advancing every year. Back in the 1990s everything was still pretty new. The tvs and computers were really boxy and out of date compared to the ultra thin and high tech products we have today.
average prices
The prices of gas, eggs, and milk have defiantly changed since the 1990s. The prices just keep going up. Gas now a days are at least $2.50 per gallon compared to the .79 cents they were. The prices of eggs was .87 cents while today it is on average $1.75. The price of milk used to be $2.96 while today it is $3.50 or more.
