C: Meaning of Baptism
It means we come closer to him and purifies us of sins. This affects us in our daily lives because we know that God is always there for us no matter our sins or what we have done. He never fails to love us.
The aim is to bring conversion and faith to maturity, in response to divine initiative and in union with an ecclesial community.
The baptized have "put on Christ." Through the Holy Spirit, Baptism is a bath that purifies, justifies, and sanctifies.
All sins are forgiven when you are baptized, original and personal sins. Punishment for sins as well. Nothing remains that will impede their entry into the Kingdom of God.
As soon as you are baptized you’re a member of the church and belong to Jesus and not to yourself anymore. You get rights within the church but you also have to fulfill rules and mission.
That means that the church is present in your life and you are present in the community of the church every single day. Because of this daily part in our lives we are more aware of what we are doing and we perhaps better avoid sin. Also, we’re reminded that we are a part of the church and that we have our responsibilities, so we might not be that selfish.
Believes enter into baptism in communion with Christ's death. Baptism is a Holy bath that purifies, justifies, and sanctifies. It means we come closer to him and purifies us of sins.

The indelible spiritual mark is a marks that configures someone to Christ through baptism. Nothing can be rid of this mark, for it is a one time thing. The baptismal seal enables the person to serve God, and participate in the Church. One will be able to depart this life as “marked with the sign of faith.” This, in our daily lives, allows us and guides to be one with God. It gives us a responsibility. With this guidance and help from the trinity we can avoid sin more effectively.
