If a row was deleted at a particular
generation, a row for that generation
should be displayed with “(Item Deleted)” in
each cell. The row-group number (far-left
column) should display the number of the
last known row-position in the grid, but with
parenthesis, such as “(#)”. This is necessary
as the row number column should be
generated from the current relationship
grid order, however, since this Item was
deleted, that number is no longer valid.
Alternatively, all deleted rows could display
no row number and simply be grouped at
the bottom of the grid.
