Established and lead our school Professional Learning Community. I manage a team of eight teachers who are taking part in a Peer Observation of Teaching initiative. I lead the planning, design, implementation and evaluation of this CPD.This CPD complements the work of the JCT by supporting collaborative practices and focusing on key aspects of the Junior Cycle Framework such as formative assessment. It also promotes staff wellbeing through collaboration.
