Can conflict take place at a national, local or even personal level? Give examples
Yes it can. It can happen between presidents and leaders of a country, national conflicts can even escalate to war.
Eg: The British Civil War. :gun: :cat:
Local conflicts usually happen in towns or small cities. Eg: A large amount of cars have crashed in a small city and are going to court to decide who is paying for the finances.
Personal conflicts: having a fight with someone in school or blaming someone else for loosing your keys

No, instead of arguing and escalating things it's better to debate and vote.
Is peace even possible?
It depends if everyone wants to partake in peace, which is rather hard since everyone has their own views on the definition of peace
