Ingredients
cream corn
bread slices
fresh corriander chopped
fine chopped onion
butter or margin
salt, red or black pepper according to taste
chopped tomato
Method
Mix chopped onion, tomato, coriander, salt, pepper, into cream corn mixture.
butter the slices on one side and place on the toaster.
Now take a spoonful of cream corn mixture and spread evenly on the slices.
Put another slice on the top and wait until the light goes green.
Enjoy warm.
