Establish a clear routine for each day
Provide frequent breaks as needed
Be mindful of the Ss specific needs/accommodations
Reduce outside distractions
Provide separate testing areas as needed
Allow recording devices if needed
Extra accommodation for specific needs (Crutches, wheelchair, etc.)

Ensure clear communication with main educators and other support staff
Be present/work with student during and after class time as needed
Be patient and continuously asses student performance over time

Open communication about student home life/performance
Help with teaching goals by reteaching class material if possible in a familiar environment
