Setting up of Log ins

(First Day) - SC connects both client and sub-contractor as a formal Introduction of relationship

1st month check to client and sub-contractor.

2nd to 5th month checks

1 to 2 times per week. Depending on the receptiveness of client and sub-contractor. Screenshot and Attendance report form part and parcel when SCs do their relationship checks for both clients and sub-contractor.

• Is his output what you expected it to be at this point?

• How are the Remote Staff tools helping you?
• Do you need additional assistance on the use of portal?
• Do you need clarification regarding our Invoicing?
• Are you okay with our Billing System set up?

6th month to Annual Check

SC's are trained to acknowledge feedback and to ask for more information. They are trained to genuinely listen and be curious. To be able to understand what is happening between the client and staff at this stage to more or less be ready on what will happen next.

Coaching as needed depending on the feedback received by the SCs. Coaching can happend on the 1st week, 1st month and applied to both Sub-contractors and clients.

Staffing Consultants are required to connect minimum of once every month to each client and sub-contractors or depending on the status of the relationship.

"Hi how's it going, just want to catch up....."

SC's send a Performance Evaluation Form to clients to measure their Sub-contractor's over-all work including Screenshots and Attendance. Evaluation also includes their experience using Remote Staff

• How is your training going so far?
• Or how are the tasks being assigned to you?
• Are you able to accomplish within the specified time frame set by your client?
