    - - defendant offer some fleeces of wool on 2 September and ask plaintiff to give a reply. But, plaintiff get the message on 5 September.Therefore, defendant haven't receive the reply yet so he sold to third party on 8 September.
        
        Defendants' offer was accepted on September 5, when plaintiffs mailed the acceptance letter to defendants.
