        Duration: 11 Months - should we split the time at FSCJ = 20 months + 6 months full training at the company
        What we need from the departments: What kind of area would they see her needs for the future. List of "easy" things to learn for the beginning. Support and a lot of communication at the beginning.
- - - - They would complete a Bachelor and they have to work besides. We could go in contact with the FSCJ/UNF if they offer part time degrees or special teaching times. Like 6 weeks teaching period and 2 - 3 months full time work.
        Need to know: Costs, requirements for a scholarship, duration if part time and how many hours could they spent at the office, tax allowances, for which departments
        Duration: 3 years
        What we need from the departments: Commitment, Action Plan
        What we pay: 1 year ?, 2 year ?, 3 year ?
        Career opportunities: What could they get in our company after completing the degree. - Entry level position
- - - - 3 months during summer break: If they good = part time postion
      - Should we hire these individuals, we should show them a career path, like: They have to work 2 - 3 years bevor they are eligible for a scholarship/Tuition Reimbursement to complete a master. After completing = entry level position management or entry level position expert
    - - 3 month during summer break: maybe part time position
      - Offer to write the Master Thesis with the company and after completing = entry level position
      - Competition: Offer a scholarship? Case study and they have to apply and show the solutions. At first they have to work 3 - 6 months in our company.
      - Collaboration with OTTO-Group: Send talents abroad for 6 - 12 weeks, but than the internship has to be 6 months
