    - - Wound is 3 cm in diameter.
        
        B/P 120/75, Pulse 80, Resp 18, Temp 99.0
- - - - Patient will be free from pain from 6-2 by next doctor visit scheduled two weeks from today.
- - - - Instructed patient to clean with saline, pat dry, with a 4X4 gauze with iodoform and saline and apply cover window dressing.
    - - Instructed patient of cleaning and debridement of wound twice a day for ten days.
- - - - Patient will elevate leg twice a day to eliminate swelling
    - - Nurse was educate patient on signs and symptoms.
    - - Patient is to immediately report to doctor such as increased pain,swelling,and purulent drainage to affected area.
