Germany started the battle of Jutland because Britain blocked Germany from getting supplies from America overseas

I think Britain won as Germany started the battle so they could get supplies from America but after the battle of Jutland, they were still unable to do this.

The German sailors were ordered to attack Britain but many refused as they new they were going to lose and die.
