P18: "It takes up storage. And maybe if you discuss personal things, people can save it and send it to others, that is not a comfortable thought. But I would rather not discuss personal things with voice messaging." LL: "Why not?" P18: "Because someone can send it to others, then I would rather call, or discuss it face-to-face."
