COACHING APPLICATION
Imagine the scenario: you’re meeting with a prospective client who is on the fence about coaching with you. They’ve invested in personal development programs before, read lots of books, but they still haven’t seen the changes they’re looking for. They’re not entirely sure that coaching will help them, but they say they’re willing to try. Their only problem is, they don’t have the money for coaching.
• I really think it's amazing that you care enough about your wellbeing. Even just coming to a health history, shows what kind of a motivated person you are! I totally understand where you're coming from - this is an investment in your health and your life, and it's important to make decisions that align with what's best for you. Your goals of XXX seem to be a really great priority for you right now. I would love to support you in these goals. I understand why you might be skeptical about coaching… For YEARS I read so many self development books, did programs, and basically acquired so much information. Coaching is different though. You already know so much! Coaching is about putting that knowledge into action. I'm going to be here to guide you, support you, and keep you accountable. Having a coach to help keep you on track with your goals is so transformative. That one-on-one work really helps. For example (testimonials). And in terms of money… Your wealth mindset is a huge part of your wellbeing. I've created the Pine Diamond, which comprises of Wellness, Wealth, Fulfillment, and Fun. To truly thrive in life, you need all of these aspects. Our society definitely has a lack mindset; a scarcity mindset. No single person is to blame - It's like a collective consciousness and there's often a weird energy around money - like it's hard to come by and talking about it is bad. I'll actually be able to help you shift how you think about money and how you make money work for you. You can afford anything that you make a priority. Working on your goals with a health coach may not be a priority right now, and that is okay! You just have to be honest with yourself. It's really empowering to track your spending for a week, analyze where you spend your money, and see what's truly a priority. For example, I was eating out almost every night. I realized that this wasn't serving me. My priority was improving my health. I ended up saving hundreds of dollars on takeout and putting that money toward my IIN tuition. Even if working with a health coach isn't a priority right now, that doesn't mean it won't be in the future. And by eliminating the words "I can't afford", you put yourself in such an abundance mindset. Even if getting a health coach is never a priority in your entire life, by saying it's not a priority right now instead of saying that you can't afford it, you're in such a energetic state to afford anything in this world that you want. I'd love for you to think about all of that. I'm always here for you if you decide that health coaching is a priority. And I'd love to add you to my mailing list for inspiration and support either way!
