The fee rate is $185/hour. I have 80% Blue Cross coverage to a maximum of $450/year -
does HEB cover the remaining 20%

The average number of appointments required for EMDR therapy are between 3 & 5 (1 hour appointments) - this number of appointments will bring the expense for this treatment over my Blue Cross maximum -
if my total costs go over the maximum $450/year, will HEB cover this
