I belong to a low context country due to the lack of emphasis on personal relationships. 
May see someone from a high context culture as vague or dishonest because they don't just come out and say it.
High Context
Emphasis is put on the information that can be found within the person or the context of the environment.

Since they spend most of their time working on relationships they are able to pick up on non-verbal cues unlike low context cultures.

It is very clear the roles between which each gender should be doing and the expectations that correlate.
Feminine
Both men and women value modesty, the concern for personal relationships, and also the quality of life.

Organizations are not as competitive compared to the masculine culture. They work based on the worker's satisfaction.
