proxy: someone designated by a manager to perform his responsibilities when the manager needs to delegate, the proxy has the same permissions as the manager or whoever designates the proxy.
proxies cannot be assigned for a specific duration of time they need to be changed added or removed by administrator
there can be more than one proxy, changes one proxy makes other could overwrite
