        They are building their brand, as they are nearly always seen wearing dark clothes. Their consistent choice of clothes makes their band more recognisable.
      - Danny (the lead singer) is at the front, and is therefore the largest in the frame. This is because he is the most well known of the three, and so it is his brand which sells the CD
        
        Also the lead singer is the one at the front of the band, and so the audience at the concerts sees the lead singer and so can connect with them.
