      - You find someone to do the stuff you don't want to do
      - Management by abdication rather than delegation. You run away. Give him all the work he can handle and instead of supervising how it gets done you just want it done.
      - Everything is left up to chance

        Go back to what it was before - owner does everything again. Brings on a false sense of control. Before long you begin to hate and despise doing what you used to love. You own a job not a business. Getting small means that the business is reduced to the owners resistance of change.
        
        Going for broke - self distraction from momentum. Demand cannot be reached and the business comes to an end because of it
        
        Adolescent survival - consumes your time and energy and you have to be there all the time. The business doesn't explode but you do.
