Was previously involved with Barksdale and was imprisoned. Is released from prison and, after briefly rejoining the crew, retires because- 'The game ain't in me [him] no more.'
He sets up a boxing gym to help the children who are involved in the crews, but ultimately has to return to Barksdale to ask Avon for money fro the upkeep of the gym.
Cutty initially fails to get permits for his gym but is later helped by Odell Watkins and Marla Daniels
