a lot of traffic on the local roads so the residents may get annoyed or delayed on their way to work.
not much spaces for the stalls and things to be built

have some activities for adults and pensioners and maybe provide alcohol for them.

bold font so foreign people who can speak some English can read.
translate some text into common foreign languages such as french or Spanish or Chinese

bold title to draw people in so they read the article or website and so it is accessible to visually impaired people
lots of colours so people feel enticed to continue reading down the website and to draw them in
use a lower resolution file type like a bitmap so it doesn't take up much file space and is quicker and easier to put on
images and universal symbols for international people can understand what you mean if they are not from the country

include several languages so then people who cannot speak English very well can attend and understand.
Have larger font in bold letters so it is easier to read and stands out.
Vector graphic so it can be re sized easy and it has a higher resolution so it will be easier to see and more impressive attracting more attention.

have a date and time on it such as the 22nd of September to the 24th of September at 12.00 until 10.00 pm
Use some movie related graphics such as popcorn and movie tickets to get the main purpose of the festival across

large area of field suitable for accommodating a large stands for foods and some themed rides.
food stands and tables with crafts for children , alcohol for adults and other activities.
central square
enough room for the temporary cinema to fit in the square as well as room for a large crowd of people to stand
multiple ticket booths for people to buy their movie tickets for the films that are being shown.

easy to put up and take down and relatively cheap so it does not cause unnecessary costs
big enough to accommodate up to 100 people at a time inside to watch the films. small enough to fit in central square or the park and big enough to accommodate disabled or elderly people easily.
target audience(all ages)
adults
maybe have some things on site which appeals to adults such as alcohol or films that are 18+ so they enjoy themselves as well
have some films and activities that suit their interests more than children's so action films and maybe some rides that interest them.
pensioners
have some accessible theaters so they can get in and out without struggling. maybe have some older films as well so they can enjoy past films as well as the new films
have ramps for easy access for older people in wheelchairs, and frames as well as it being easier on their legs to walk it.
children
some children friendly films and activities so they can get creative. e.g animated films, crafts associated with these films
have separate times for the family friendly movies shown so the children and families who have come do not see inappropriate films for their age
