Sleep
Stage 1:
Your body starts to feel a bit drowsy
If you hear something or if someone touches you , you will wake up.
our bodies starts to fall into a light sleep
Stage 2:
Your brain gives you a signal to relax your muscles
Your breathing starts to slow down
You entre a slightly deeper sleep
Stage 4:
It is very hard to wake up from this stage of sleep
If you do wake up you're sure to be out of it and confused for at least a few minutes
This is the deepest sleep yet and is also considered the slow wave sleep
Stage 3:
Your brain send a message to your blood pressure and tells it to get lower.
You won't notice if it's hot or cold in the room your sleeping in.
Your in an even deeper sleep.
Stage 5
R.E.M stands for rapid eye movement
This is when your heart beats fast and your breathing goes back to normal.
This stage is called REM
