Cooking Methods
Use different cooking methods when practicing recipes to see the different outcomes and which trial turns out better.
Some cooking methods can be: grilling, steaming, boiling, roasting, poaching, baking..
Certain cooking methods can be used to reduce time taken when cooking but also because they are easier and healthier alternatives. e.g. grilling.
The brief says that we have a 2 hour time limit which is why we should consider which cooking method we use as we can speed up the cooking process.

Testing and Evaluation
Before completing a plan for your dishes make sure to test the recipes and conduct a trial run of the brief to see whether or not you have achieved the design brief and can make the dishes within 2 hours.
By conducting trials this will help you evaluate and correct any mistakes made in your previous planning ensuring a high quality and efficient outcome.
