Not only are white people more prone to getting the job, they have a better chance of being successful too. Society is based on multiple cultures combining to form one country, or one collective group, but lack of moral values separate each other from understanding one another. In society back then, as well as today, representation is really important and it matters a lot. Physical qualities like being non-colored a beneficial to people in the outside world; being black, brown, or indigenous creates a moment for racial injustice. They are silenced and ignored because of the conquering influence of white supremacy.
