Isometric low plank,Isometric push-up,side plank,forearm plank,hip aduction
Upper body exercise
wall push up,split squat hold,plank,hanging,shoulder raise

ability of a muscle or group of muscles to sustain repeated contractions against a resistance for an extended period of time
To include all of the exercises in my plan, I can add push-up,leg press and plank.
