What I enjoy:
- building strategic plans and positioning for Quantis to build our assets (brand, business and people)
- Supporting and working closely with CEO and Directors
- Focusing on more longer-term transformation, building plans to reach the vision
- Leadership team projects
- Working with highly performing talents
- Being deeply connected with the strategic projects that will build the Quantis of the future
- being a change-maker, getting things done to transform Quantis! (and seeing these changes in daily work, ie language used, changed expectations...)
- Mentoring
- Continuous building and maintaining the Quantis group culture
What I do not (or no longer) enjoy:
- short-term tasks
- writing
- being spread thin across too many workstreams
- lacking time to give strategic initiatives the focus they need and deserve
- working (1:1) inefficiently with team members where there is a large gap to performance/understanding of the strategic business needs
- Lacking the "authority" to stop/pause plans/initiatives that are not aligned with Quantis' strategic objectives or are simply not ready (difficulty with advice-decision process?)
- The "HR" part of the Talent project
