"W" - weaknesses :
- just 3 TPM (face to face meetings) - that was somehow solved with meeting in C1
- lack of common understanding ... ?
- lack of focus ---> too many projects
- We have started with some different interpretations of what is intended although we have worked on them in meeting ; 2. There is a lot of collaboration required to create a learning project model - a few opportunities to work face to face
- Too broad. Needs to be more specific - for example which young people, trainers, models.; 2. Need a balance.
"O" - Opportunities
- To test something in a different way & with your people; 2. To use different groups of young people and get a broader view.
- Local & international contacts; 2. Local & international (re)sources of communication
- Enrich our practices on our organizations and 2. start working deeper + more effectively on conflicts
- Commercial ; 2. Expand beyond EU; 3. Model add to the toolbox; 4. Scalability

"T" - Threats
- Funding orientated culture ----> trends on funding opportunities
- It might work in certain context not a centric tool (mixed results); 2. Online may not be appropriate.
- To make a unified and COHERENT model (piloting) all the different methodologies of all partners.
- Changes in partner organisations that might impact on continuity of key personnel; 2. Brexit - ant threats to the free movement of Brits in Europe
- "Automatization" of the process / project ; 2. Financial - based motivation
"S" - Strenghts
- Model has already been tried with different group; 2. Some partners have experience of working together; 3. The balance of skills + experience between different project partners
- Experience of the partnership; 2. Diversity of knowledge and know-how
- Experience; 2. Friendly; 3. Achievable; 4. Worthwhile
- Experienced partners ; 2. Important topic; 3. Diversity of partners = diversity of approaches
