Cell Press journal will no longer include an "Experimental Procedures" or "Supplemental Experimental Procedures"
All references are now included in one reference list;
Scientific errors detected in the Supplemental Information after publication will require that a Correction be published (as with errors in the main paper).

Limits
附圖數量不得多於主圖
The number of supplemental figures can be equal to or less than the total number of main-text figures + tables.
E.g., In a paper with 6 main-text figures and 1 main-text table, you can have up to 7 supplemental figures of one page each.
SI數不能多於(主圖加附圖)
In addition to supplemental figures, you can also include supplemental items (such as movies, tables, etc.). The limit for the total number of supplemental items (figures + tables + additional SI items) is twice the number of main-text items.
E.g., In a paper with 6 main-text figures and 1 main-text table, you can have 14 SI items, and up to 7 of those may be figures. The remaining items, up to the limit of 14, can be any combination of movies, tables, etc.

E.g., Figure S2. Related to Figure 2; Figure S4. Related to Figure 2 and Table 1; etc.
If appropriate, SI items may refer to the STAR Methods section.
SI items should not be related to other sections of the main text.
