Med Charges/Billing (Pyxis Profiled Order (Station receives patient…

- - - - Pyxis sends billing information through Iatrics Interface to Meditech
        
        Iatrics looks at information from Pyxis and emulates a user's keystrokes to find the patient and medication order based on RX#
        
        If order is found, Pyxis applies a charge using the Mnemonic and Qt.
        
        If order is not found, Pyxis backs out and enters a "Stock Charge" using Patient information, Drug Mnemonic and Qt.
- - - - Pharmacist performs clinical services and adds the medication to the patient profile
        
        After the medication has been placed on the patient profile, staff may "Debit" or "Credit" doses on the order. Most commonly performed for compounded preparations and bulk medications like inhalers and insulin pens
- - - - Iatrics will emulate a users keystrokes in an attempt to bill the patient account. Iatrics will retain the billing information for a period of time and check for an order to be profiled.
        
        If order found, Iatrics will bill the appropriate RX# using the Patient information, Drug Mnemonic, and Qt. from Pyxis
        
        If Order is not found, Iatrics will default to a "Stock Charge" and add a charge to the patient's account using the patient information, Drug Mnemonic and Qt. supplied from Pyxis
    - - Doses removed will flow through Iatrics to Meditech. Iatrics will enter a "Stock Charge" on the patients account using Patient information, Mnemonic and Qt supplied by Pyxis
