Sunday the 10th
We invite you to meet us and the other artists for a casual welcome evening after your arrival. We will pick you up at 18:30 at the hotel and bring all participants together to the Reborn Cafe. Those who arrive later will be picked up after their arrival and they will be personally accompanied to the Reborn Cafe as well.
Please note that this event is optional,, just a way to welcome you and help you to get use to the city and your new way of life. Feel free to come, or have some rest in your hotel room until the following morning! Just let us know, so we will come to pick you up at the hotel.
We have prepared a welcome package that you will get at your arrival in your hotel room. It contains the printed program book and practical infos like pharmacy, map, address of the hotel and other important places in town.
Monday the 11th
On the first morning of the residency, we will pick all participants up at the Hotel at 8:45 and go together to Arsenalet where your workstations and the lectures will be.
At 9:00 the team and the full program will be presented with coffee. The first lecture will start at 10:00.
During your stay you will need a 24/7 access code for Arsenalet front door, which is: 1504#.
The Official Welcome Dinner will be on Monday, the 11th of September at 19:00.
Tuesday the 12th
The short pitch practice which will be organized that day is just a way to let you know each other’s project. It will be a 3 minutes presentation of your concept, just with your words. No visuals to show.
