This pilot project is created to mimic some of the services that will be provided by the full scale model. With the expectation that it will out-grow it's capacity and serviceability within 1 to 3 years.
This model will develop history that will be of great value in developing creditability and sustainability in this rural setting very quickley. Plus providing the surrounding communities a sample taste of what lies ahead for them. By following a economical basic, simple and straight forward facility approach. We will develop history, "build it and they will come".
A K-9 therapy facility is a potential proposed exit strategy when the mini model has proven itself and we can proceed to create the full scale therapy facility [phase # 1]
This is one of the first concepts that I created before venturing out with what we have today.
I haven't had time to research potential investment in this mini model however I have located a few lots that will accommodate the space that could give much needed exposure, accessibility and the economic financial investment.
