• Some people think - some day when I __, then I'll be able to help people (but that day never really comes) - Main thing is that you listen and they speak, and as humanity, we help each other heal
• It's okay to say you don't know and that you'll look into that
• They will know what to do (with a few tips from you along the way); Give them space to figure it out on their own
• Just be yourself, because they magically found you - Your authenticity will accelerate their healing process
