Definition
Any attempts to obtain information (feedback) on the effects of a training programme.
Purpose
To evaluate the program effectiveness
To identify the program’s strengths and weakness.
To assess the content, organisation and administration of the programs
To identify which trainees benefited most or least from the programs.
