Disciplinary process
Step 3 : Suspension pending enquiry
If the charge is considered severe , the appropriate measures must be taken by the company.
Step 4 : Holding of enquiry
Inform the person of what he has done ,hear him explain and give a fair chance to defend himself
Step 2 : Consideration of Explaination
The explanation for the misconduct should be decided if it's acceptable.
Step 5 : Order Of Punishment
After proving the misconduct of the employee , the necessary actions that are required to be taken must be decided
Step 1 : Misconduct established , issue charge sheet
Notify the employee about his misconduct and give him a chance to explain himself
Step 6 : Appeal on order of punishment
The employee could appeal on the decision made regarding his punishment
Step 7 : Carrying out the final punishment
The punishment from the decision after the appeal will be carried out on the employee without breaching the contract
