> Firstly, Intel’s known for employed an employee be it the engineer or whatnot in the average age of 40 and above, but recently the CEO starts to root out old timers and wants to bring younger blood and fresh ideas to Intel’s aging workforce.
DEFINITION
> Secondly, Intel is embracing a culture that barely existed in the past where an executive is hired from outside the company as the No.2 guy behind the Intel’s CEO itself.
> Intel is no longer a PC-chip company since the backdrop of a shrinking PC market. The CEO tries to pivot Intel away from the dependence on PCs as a primary revenue driver.
> Recently, Intel’s CEO has made some big changes in the company which lead him making tough decisions to better deal with changing the business landscape.

> Intel’s generic strategy is differentiation. In Intel’s case, differentiation is applied through product quality and features. For example, the company invests in rapid innovation to produce cutting-edge microprocessors and related technological products that competitors cannot easily match. The implementation of the differentiation generic strategy helps Intel maintain its competitive advantage.
> Intel keeps product development as its primary intensive growth strategy through new products that increase revenues. This intensive strategy makes the company’s new products attractive and profitable, thereby ensuring business growth. For example, Intel supports its continued growth and global market dominance through the introduction of new processors that make previous processors obsolete.
> Intel Corporation’s business grows through an appropriate generic strategy and effective intensive growth strategies.
> There are three teams work under Intel’s Intensive Growth Strategies:
Market Penetration
Serves as a secondary intensive strategy through business partnerships and aggressive deals that favor growth and a strong market presence. Involves in selling more products to current customers.
Market Development
Serves as a supporting role in Intel Corporation. Intel applies this strategy when it creates entirely new product lines and the growth is achieved by entering new markets or market segments.
Diversification
Serves as a supporting role in Intel Corporation. A strategic objective based on this strategy is to grow Intel’s business through more acquisitions in other industries.

> Intel is known for its corporate culture of meritocracy which considers employee ability and output. This culture differentiates Intel from competitors, maintains a high-end brand and influences customers and suppliers to adopt technological efficiency in their mindsets.

> In the case of Intel, the corporate culture is applied as a way of ensuring the company’s competencies despite competition and other challenges in the industry. For example, Intel’s organizational culture promotes human resource support for high quality products, which help fulfill Intel’s mission and vision statements.
> Intel’s organizational culture has the advantage of support for business improvement. For example, as one of the cultural characteristics, quality ensures attractive products to maintain the company’s market share.

> Intel’s has its own code of conducts which consists of five principles:

GLOBALIZATION
DEFINITION
> Recently, The International Olympic Committee (IOC) and Intel announced a long-term technology partnership at an official signing ceremony. Intel will join "The Olympic Partner" (TOP) worldwide sponsorship program, becoming a Worldwide TOP Partner through 2024.
> On June 12, 2017, on the eve of the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3), Intel demonstrated a lineup of new games and technology and revealed several initiatives, including partnerships with ESL, Oculus and Ready At Dawn Studios that will take PC gaming to the next level. ESL, the world's largest esports company and Intel announced that they are expanding their 15 year partnership to further advance the worldwide growth and development of esports.
> Until now, Intel has numerous of branches in the worldwide including Malaysia, Taiwan and etc. It is even has more than two offices in Malaysia and not to mention in the other countries. This shows that Intel Corporation has its own integrity where their products will always be the favor among the world which make Intel to dominate in their industry.
DEFINITION
> Aside from being a PC processor company, recently, Intel has made a big change by creating a project for smartphone business. They are working for the 5G network along with few big companies such as Ericsson, Huawei and Nokia. Intel believes that this 5G will fundamentally transform our lives, bring us a society and environment where everything is smarter and more connected.
> The founder of Intel, Gordon Moore published the Moore's Law in 1965 and their first microprocessor produced in 1970 with the concept of the law. As years goes, the microprocessors ran into several innovations until it able to run several programs at the same time and the company could produced processor with millions of transistors.
One of the way for a business to empower the business itself by creating or changing something to be more effective as an advantage against competitors.
> Along with the work on the 5G project, Intel has opened Autonomous Driving Garage at its San Jose innovation center intended for self-driving car development. Intel is collaborating with the world's leaders in automotive design and technology such as BMW to turn visionary concepts for automated driving into reality. The purpose of this project is to achieve zero accidents and mobility for all.
