Said: ANC Meetings are reasonably well attended - what about trying a survey to see how people experience them?

Hi Phoebe,
My name is Matt Sargent, and I've been contemplating renting the old Oxford Spa space. I have some ideas about the kind of business I'd like to run there (predominately a lunch time café, perhaps staying open on Friday and Saturday nights for dinner) and I'd like to discuss the details with members of the Aggasiz Neighborhood Council. I see you're listed as "community liaison" on the website, so thought I'd reach out to you first. Do you have any advice regarding how best to make introductions to the rest of the neighborhood? I would sure appreciate it. Time is a little of the essence... I may not be able to wait till mid December for the next Community meeting.
Thanks for any help you can lend,
Matt

March 13 Email
Thanks for your succession of emails...this one in particular. I am heartened to think Of the unique and timely value that will flow from these two domains of your vision And creativity (novel and EP work). Keep in touch when you can.
I look forward to the work a small sub-group could Offer to move theAgassiz Neighborhood toward more awareness of housing equity Issues ...probably need to begin by hearing the issues and concerns of those who Might oppose particular efforts out of a cultural blindness to the impact of inaction.
(I'm fresh from having seen The White Card whose ripples have implications for Housing equity and other local projects.) Looking forward to seeing you soon,
