Unionised
- Discuss with immediate supervisor, if not to union steward
- Union steward discuss with Head of Department
- Union HQ representative discuss with HR department or management
- Report to Ministry of Manpower (Mediator), if not solved, passed on to Labour Court
- Goes into Industrial Arbitration Court (IAC)
Non-unionised
- Discuss with employee supervisors
- Discuss with managerial level or head of department
- Problem reviewed by HR department
- Approach the Ministry of Manpower if the case is still unsolved
