Users view on capability program requirements
Key themes + what can we learn from this ??
How we solve WFP challenges
Key themes + what can we learn from this ??
User concerns, actions and resources
Key themes + what can we learn from this ??
Not sure how this section is best presented???
cast study? not sure if a brief case study of typical user behaviour might fit in here?
Individual level affective context??
What we can learn from external research
How people learn?
Principles of effective capability programs design?

Other relevant research, behaviour change????
Not sure where this best fits
Shifts in the worldview around learning
This is almost like the "what seems to be happening?"
Appendices
Integral data matrix?
Theme map
Personas?
Systems map
CLA (if needed)
learning architecture table???
4. The strategic context (not sure where this best fits)
Environmental scan??? Whats emerging? What is the context we are operating in?
Business case???
Strategic directions
Strategic actions
impetus for change?
3. Recommendations
Key capability gaps??
Capability architecture design info?????
4. Needs Analysis Overview

Introduction
Needs analysis methodology
Needs Analysis Approach
7. Capability program design inputs and recommendations????
Gaps from analysis? Gaps between what is needed, expected and experienced?
Program considerations and inputs?
Criteria for assessing capability interventions? (not needed just flagging)
Principles for program design
*Based on what we know (data inputs) how might we design and frame the capability program?
Understanding the affective context of the organisation and the user??????? Not sure where this fits
Capability "Architecture" Recommendations?
Key capability focus areas
What workforce planning capabilities require development
Capability intervention approach/framework
What are the capability intervention frameworks that will underpin the program design? (eg. 70-20-10, push pull learning)
Capability program content
What are the types of learning solutions and the requisite content to be developed
System integration
How do these learning solutions integrate and align with the current system offering?
Delivery modes
What are the recommended delivery modes for the identified capabilities and delivered by who?
Learning schedule
When and how often should the capability interventions be delivered?
Monitoring and evaluation framework
Framework to assess the impact of capacity building over the short, medium, and long terms?

Framing the capability program design??
6. The analysis?? So what factor?? / Identifying the needs?
Not sure about whether findings and analysis should be separate, or whether they are the right section names etc. Needs to be a place where we bring it all together somehow - what does this all mean?
Integral analysis? CLA? Systems
This is almost like the "what is really happening????? /what are the real needs? Not sure where it fits though"
What does this all mean (in terms of capability development?) Understanding our capability needs??? Needs by persona? Needs at individual and system level?? Not sure how this section will work
Needs that fall outside 'capability development'? Eg other organisational development needs like capacity issues?
What we're learnt to date..
